Unless you have been living under a rock recently you should know that Microsoft has released its cross-platform CLR aimed at rich web based media scenarios. They also gave it a very nice name, Silverlight.
Already available in Alpha form for Windows and OSX, expect to see this on your phone and your Xbox real soon.
